I can help you with all types of family law issues. I will help with divorce matters such as dividing property, alimony and issues involving children both their custody and support. I also represent clients outside of the divorce process, drafting prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements, modifying orders and child support enforcement. I can provide guidance and support for those separating.

Kirby previously practiced as a Criminal Defense Attorney at Alex Flynn and Associates, in Milwaukee, WI. He is a graduate of Rutgers-Camden School of Law. Kirby has been a part of the Eau Claire community since 2005.
